Assistant Manager, Executive Medical Representation

Position Summary

This role is focused on the responsible and compliant presentation of Nestlé infant nutrition products across an assigned territory. The incumbent will share clear, accurate details with medical and paramedical professionals about product characteristics, benefits, and appropriate usage for situations where mothers are unable to breastfeed or decide not to breastfeed. All activity must follow NME Nutrition guidance, the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions, and applicable local regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Nestlé’s position that breastfeeding is the preferred choice for infants and should be encouraged over other feeding options.
• Deliver dependable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices to medical and paramedical contacts relevant to their work.
• Support the planning and execution of scientific meetings related to product knowledge, nutrition, and similar topics, including sponsored sessions and invited guest speakers.
• Track competitor activity and report findings to the Medical Field Manager, including new products and communication approaches used by competitors.
• Keep accurate daily records of meetings, correspondence, and actions taken.
• Maintain updated contact information for all relevant territory contacts, including categorization by interest and importance and regular completion of call cards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, or Biology.
• Previous experience as a Medical Delegate is preferred.
