Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of your shift including financial controls and customer service.
• Lead by example, ensuring 100% adherence to company policies by yourself and your crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, marketing, scheduling, store cleanliness, and overall profitability.
• Operate all restaurant equipment and prepare food products as needed.
• Stock supplies by transferring ingredients from deliveries to designated storage and work areas.
• Answer and process telephone orders efficiently.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and store facilities daily.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in basic math for financial and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for interacting with customers and staff.
• Ability to operate computers or touch screens to enter orders.
• Good navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery zone safely.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history and access to an insured vehicle.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to stand for most tasks and to walk varying distances while handling deliveries.
• Capability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds and maneuver equipment such as dollies.
• Requires frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and some climbing during store operations.
• Exposure to temperature variations, food odors, dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical components.
• Perform duties in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment accommodating repetitive tasks.
