About the Role
Kotak Securities is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for its Alternate Channel department based in Mumbai across all areas. The position covers grades E1, E2, and M3, with designations ranging from Assistant Manager to Manager. Interviews will be conducted onsite at Unit No 402, 4th Floor, Sheil Estate, Daani Compound, 158 CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai - 400098.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for sourcing and strengthening relationships within the existing bank customer base.
- Promote and sell equity-based investment products to this customer segment.
- Develop the business by maximizing revenue generation and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the bank team to ensure clients from the designated area trade actively.
- Provide servicing and cultivate references from customers of partner bank channels.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate with at least one year of sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Possession of existing client relationships in the marketplace is advantageous.
- Effective servicing and adept at managing conflicts professionally.
