Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage dashboards and scorecards reflecting diverse business metrics to support strategic decisions in coordination with business teams.
- Design and implement growth strategies focused on enhancing consumer engagement metrics including traffic, conversions, and user base expansion to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and oversee city growth projects by setting up tracking systems, coordinating activities, and facilitating timely communication and alignment across regional groups, identifying and executing local opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights related to business performance, user quality, redemption cycles, and other critical metrics.
- Engage in profit and loss management by spotting opportunities for financial optimization and acting as the main contact for P&L consolidation and reviews with stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end processes and programs for strategic partnerships, collaborating internally to drive projects to completion.
- Develop and implement key initiatives aimed at improving team processes and operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong functional understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate high ownership.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and modeling tools.
- Familiarity with foundational statistics and probability concepts.
- A proactive attitude to expedite progress and overcome challenges.
