For over a decade, AISATS has delivered excellence in aviation ground handling, including passenger services, ramp handling, aircraft cleaning, load control, flight ops, and cargo management for various cargo categories.
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Business Applications will oversee and support critical business applications organization-wide, ensuring system integration, governance, compliance, and audit preparedness. The role demands expertise in Power BI for report/dashboard development and a preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Govern the full portfolio of business applications ensuring they are available, scalable, reliable, and continuously improved across all departments and locations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert by liaising with business units to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop sustainable technology solutions.
- Manage, support, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including finance, supply chain, procurement, payroll, and related enterprise systems with configuration, control, and workflow oversight.
- Handle integration of ERP and operational systems with third-party applications via APIs, SFTP, middleware, ensuring seamless data exchanges and operational continuity.
- Maintain governance frameworks—change and release management, user acceptance testing, role-based access, segregation of duties, documentation, and audit-ready compliance controls.
- Develop and optimize management reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytics tools for enhanced operational insight and decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive project delivery, adoption, issue resolution, and performance measurement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Systems, or related fields.
- 5 to 10 years of experience supporting IT business applications, ERP systems, or enterprise application platforms.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable, along with experience in finance, procurement, inventory, billing, payroll, and related business processes.
- Proficiency in application support activities including UAT, release management, incident response, root cause analysis, and stabilization post-deployment.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations including API connectivity, file transfers (SFTP), middleware solutions, job monitoring, data reconciliation, and failure management.
- Skill in Power BI, report development, data validation, KPI creation, data modeling, and broader analytics for management reporting.
- Understanding of governance practices such as role-based access control, segregation of duties, audit evidence preparation, and compliance reviews.
Preferred Additional Expertise
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components, Electronic Reporting, SSRS, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and data migration processes.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-310, MB-330) are an advantage but not mandatory.
