About the Role

Domino's is looking to add shift runners and assistant managers to its store leadership team in Santa Barbara. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, likes taking charge, and wants to build long-term management experience in the pizza business.

The position is designed for people who can keep operations moving smoothly during busy periods while helping create a fun, flexible workplace. It is a full-time, on-site opportunity, and part-time availability may also be considered based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the management team, you will oversee everything that happens during your shift and help maintain store standards across operations, customers, and staff performance.

  • Take responsibility for shift operations and ensure service runs efficiently.
  • Manage cost control, inventory tracking, and cash handling during your shift.
  • Handle customer interactions and help maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Lead by example and make sure team members follow all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability on every shift.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring leadership ability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to food safety and customer service.

  • Previous leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong interest in learning and following established operating systems.
  • Ability to model team-member standards and food safety practices.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Growth and Advancement

This role offers a pathway into broader store management. Team members who move into management can develop the skills needed to become a General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers may also qualify for performance-based bonuses. The company emphasizes internal promotion, giving high performers a chance to grow quickly and earn more over time.

Compensation and Additional Information

California pay disclosure: hourly pay is the applicable minimum wage plus an additional $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and length of service with the employer.
