This position is based with the New York team and reports to the department managers. The schedule is in the office Monday through Thursday at the New York City location, with remote work on Fridays.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a dependable support partner for several lifestyle and culinary accounts, helping ensure strong client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across levels, from interns through partners, while supporting both day-to-day work and larger initiatives under director and manager guidance.
  • Coordinate sample logistics, including trafficking, press requests, and related movement tracking.
  • Keep sample-request and seeding records accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Prepare, maintain, and structure digital assets used for press outreach and pitching.
  • Track earned coverage and distribute press highlights to the team.
  • Build and deliver client reporting, including weekly updates, monthly summaries, seeding reports, special project recaps, and event recaps.
  • Help develop influencer target lists for media and press campaigns.
  • Update and organize media lists on an ongoing basis.
  • Support event planning, on-site coordination, and related logistics.
  • Follow the media landscape every day by reviewing breaking news, social media activity, newsletters, and industry trends, then flag relevant opportunities proactively.

Requirements

  • Prior internship experience is required; this is an entry-level position.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or comparable experience with Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities with the capacity to move quickly, stay organized, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks.
  • A hardworking, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Comfort working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work from the Financial District office from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus client events as required.
  • A broad, global perspective and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Sharp attention to detail and an analytical approach.
  • Understanding of influencers, media, and suitable brand audiences.
  • Ability to manage relationships upward and downward with professionalism and ease.
  • Strong interest in hospitality, culinary, and design.
  • Deep familiarity with digital culture, social media trends, and the changing media environment.
