About the Role

Hackmann Hotels GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an Assistant Housekeeper (m/f/d) to join the housekeeping team at their new CROSS INN hotel in Osnabrück. The position is available immediately or as per agreement, offered in part-time or full-time capacity, starting at a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeper in organizing and coordinating housecleaning operations.
• Inspect cleaned guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate daily workflows with the external housekeeping service provider.
• Ensure smooth operations between housekeeping, reception, and technical services.
• Support room release processes and prioritize guest arrivals and departures.
• Manage and monitor linen, cleaning agents, and consumable supplies.
• Report and follow up on technical defects.
• Represent the Housekeeper during their absence.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong focus on quality and cleanliness standards.
• Organizational skills along with structured and independent work approach.
• Effective communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with external service providers.
• Team player who is reliable and responsible.
• Polished and friendly demeanor.
• Good command of German; additional languages are advantageous.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
