Role Overview

As Assistant Front Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager in overseeing resources and achieving store goals by enhancing product movement from the backroom to the sales floor while prioritizing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards consistently to optimize customer experience and boost store profitability.
• Collaborate with management to ensure these standards are upheld throughout the store, including backroom operations.
• Assist in labor scheduling using Workforce Management tools to maximize efficiency and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Support hiring processes for all departments except Pharmacy in conjunction with the Front Store Manager.
• Manage wage administration following company guidelines.
• Promote the company’s culture by leading and motivating staff aligned with core values.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $17.90 to $20.90, influenced by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and geographic location.
