Work Schedule
The typical working hours for this role are:
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily department operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Provide excellent customer experience by exemplifying the Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care, and Thank.
- Promote and maintain safety standards for customers and team members.
- Work collaboratively with store teams to support an overall positive shopping environment.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by understanding and practicing effective people management.
- Contribute positively to the store’s success by supporting cross-store cooperation.
