It is positioned near the Central Business District, giving business travellers convenient access while also placing leisure, retail, and entertainment options close by. The property features 790 rooms and suites, wireless internet, advanced technology, and wide views of Marina Bay. It also includes 24 meeting rooms with a total of 2,842 sqm (26,716 sqf) of meeting space, including daylight-filled rooms supported by a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out full-scale marketing communications plans that support business goals, contribute to revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget so resources are used effectively and returns are maximised.
  • Write and oversee content for the hotel website, social channels, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
  • Keep messaging aligned and ensure the hotel’s brand is represented consistently across all platforms.
  • Review photography and video content to make sure it matches brand standards.
  • Manage creative requirements, including working with external designers and agencies.
  • Lead digital marketing activity across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media boosts, email campaigns, website content, and eShop updates to improve reach and traffic.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, interpret results, and guide campaign improvements with data-backed decisions.
  • Handle public relations work such as media outreach, press releases, case studies, tastings, media events, and familiarisation stays to secure positive coverage.
  • Track and archive media coverage for the hotel and business units through daily monitoring.
  • Arrange media site visits and inspections.
  • Keep the media contact database accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain press kits, image assets, and related materials so they remain current.
  • Prepare campaign communication plans and manage each campaign from planning through delivery.
  • Assess partnership and sponsorship opportunities that fit the hotel’s objectives.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, revenue, and operations teams to keep partnership efforts aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate joint promotions and co-marketing activities with partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Lead, coach, and encourage the marketing communications team to build a strong, collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Supervise daily marketing communications activities.
  • Plan and execute hotel events such as press conferences, community events, and promotional functions.
  • Drive the development of the hotel’s CSR strategy.
  • Coordinate CSR initiatives across departments and encourage community involvement and sustainability efforts.
  • Support crisis communication response when needed.
  • Build productive relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, and other vendors for smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure all marketing work complies with applicable regulations and brand guidelines.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements
