Assistant Director of Front Office - Saudi Talent

Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office staff to ensure guests receive timely, friendly attention and personalized recognition.
• Communicate relevant Front Office information to other departments such as Housekeeping.
• Maintain effective relations among employees within the department.
• Support the Director of Front Office with employee-related matters including evaluations and consultations.
• Assist in preparing statistical, performance, and forecast reports to aid in annual budget planning and provide management with marketing insights.
• Help monitor and control departmental expenses continuously to meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Front Office department within the hotel industry.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English required.
• Impeccable personal presentation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of upselling and revenue maximization techniques.
• Computer literacy essential; familiarity with Opera software is advantageous.
