  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, data scientists, deployment teams, and practitioners to create practical and innovative solutions.
  • Showcase the value of solutions to citizens by using measurable outputs and outcomes.
  • Build persuasive narratives to secure support and alignment from both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Curiosity, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
  • Solid project management capability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end projects, including stakeholder coordination.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams on end-to-end product cycles or multi-year programmes.
  • Practical experience and a proven record of applying behavioural insights and/or design thinking.
  • Experience in public health, healthcare, health sciences, research, or quantitative fields will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI, especially generative AI, will also be an advantage.
  • Selected candidate will be appointed on a 2-year contract initially.
