Role Overview
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking a dedicated Assistant Commercial Manager to support their Commercial Team in overseeing fire safety and building remediation projects. This position focuses on ensuring coherent, compliant, and well-coordinated approaches to building safety across a diverse geographic portfolio, with particular emphasis on fire remediation and major works.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing pre-construction phases, procurement, contract administration, and financial oversight related to fire safety and remediation projects.
- Support grant funding applications and project governance to ensure successful delivery and handover to the delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with senior commercial and fire safety professionals to maintain compliance and readiness of projects.
- Possibility of travel to Midlands and East Anglia to provide operational support.

- Membership or progress toward membership of an appropriate professional body.
