Role Overview

The Assistant Chief Executive Officer position is a key full-time leadership role based at Kakinada. This role involves aiding the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the bank’s daily operations and strategic projects. Responsibilities include ensuring branch performance, adherence to regulatory and cooperative banking standards, and monitoring critical financial and operational indicators. Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven leadership and team management expertise to drive growth and staff development.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, credit-lending workflow, and branch administration in regulated settings.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk control, audit protocols, and governance relevant to cooperative banks.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business growth strategies, and managing stakeholder relations to ensure sustainable development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Academic credentials including a bachelor's or master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines; certifications in banking are advantageous.
  • Substantial experience in banking or financial services industries at senior or mid-management levels, preferably within cooperative or regional banks.
  • Familiarity with core banking platforms, digital banking technologies, and fundamental data analysis for performance evaluation and reporting.
  • Strong ethical standards emphasizing integrity, accountability, and dedication to customer and community service.
