Position Summary
FRAME is seeking an Assistant Buyer / Product Curator to join the team at their Dubai Design District location in the UAE. This full-time, in-person role focuses on cross-departmental collaboration including product curation, brand communication, and operations support, with no direct managerial responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and function as a key link between buying, store operations, marketing, and inventory management. This role suits individuals who excel in blending creativity with structured organization and cultural insight.
Responsibilities
- Support seasonal purchasing initiatives across various categories such as running, outdoor gear, fashion, and lifestyle products.
- Conduct research and suggest new brands that align with FRAME’s brand ethos.
- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend timely reorders.
- Organize and facilitate weekly interdepartmental meetings involving store, inventory, and marketing teams.
- Identify and recommend products for weekly promotions and sales strategies.
- Act as liaison with international brand partners on order placement, reorder processes, and promotional activations.
- Prepare buying presentations, performance reports, and curation briefs for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with product launches, events, and collaborative projects under the Director's guidance.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or brand coordination.
- Genuinely interested in niche brands such as Satisfy, Goldwin, and Soar Running.
- Demonstrate strong abilities in visual storytelling, cultural curation, and keen attention to product details.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, initiative, and teamwork orientation.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Comfortable working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and retail management software.
- Have a valid passport enabling international business travel covering regions like Europe, Japan, and the USA.
