About FRAME

FRAME is a Dubai-based concept store specializing in curating elite global brands spanning running, outdoor activities, skateboarding, and fashion. Serving beyond a retail environment, FRAME acts as a cultural nexus that merges products, locations, and communities through mindful curation and storytelling lifestyle.

Position Summary

FRAME is seeking an Assistant Buyer / Product Curator to join the team at their Dubai Design District location in the UAE. This full-time, in-person role focuses on cross-departmental collaboration including product curation, brand communication, and operations support, with no direct managerial responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and function as a key link between buying, store operations, marketing, and inventory management. This role suits individuals who excel in blending creativity with structured organization and cultural insight.

Responsibilities

  • Support seasonal purchasing initiatives across various categories such as running, outdoor gear, fashion, and lifestyle products.
  • Conduct research and suggest new brands that align with FRAME’s brand ethos.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend timely reorders.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly interdepartmental meetings involving store, inventory, and marketing teams.
  • Identify and recommend products for weekly promotions and sales strategies.
  • Act as liaison with international brand partners on order placement, reorder processes, and promotional activations.
  • Prepare buying presentations, performance reports, and curation briefs for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with product launches, events, and collaborative projects under the Director's guidance.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or brand coordination.
  • Genuinely interested in niche brands such as Satisfy, Goldwin, and Soar Running.
  • Demonstrate strong abilities in visual storytelling, cultural curation, and keen attention to product details.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills, initiative, and teamwork orientation.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and retail management software.
  • Have a valid passport enabling international business travel covering regions like Europe, Japan, and the USA.

What FRAME Offers

  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with the founder in a creatively driven, influential workplace.
  • Contribute to shaping the assortment and brand narrative for a culturally significant concept store in the region.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including buying, marketing, store operations, and inventory.
  • Access to brand showrooms, seasonal buying excursions, and creative initiatives.
