Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of marketing and media plans while helping define the future product portfolio.
  • Assess shopper and consumer needs, complete financial analysis, and help ensure product supply remains available.
  • Support the development and execution of brand plans, including media strategy and planning.
  • Bring together data from several sources to generate practical recommendations that support brand goals and sales targets.
  • Oversee the advertising and promotion budget and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Lead operational initiatives, including the development of new SKUs.
  • Carry out analysis and post-campaign reviews, then recommend actions to improve market share and profitability.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders such as sales, logistics, and regional marketing teams.
  • Take part in the Ferrero ANZ marketing community and provide support to regional marketing on ad hoc projects.

About You

This role suits someone with a marketing or business degree and prior experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the Australian FMCG sector. You should have hands-on exposure to new product development, brand campaigns, rollout, and performance analysis.

Strong analytical capability is important, including confidence working with scan data and consumer research. Experience with Circana or Nielsen is beneficial. Exposure to P&L management and responsibility for A&P budgets will be valuable.

You will also need strong project management, presentation, and business writing abilities. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, eager to learn, self-starting, and comfortable working independently. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are expected, and Power BI experience is an added advantage.
