About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee and drive loan sales operations through DSA channel partnerships, ensuring effective coordination with banks and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed set business targets.
- Liaise with banking institutions to facilitate loan application processing, approval, and fund disbursement.
- Develop and expand business via the DSA channel by building strong relationships.
- Maintain and nurture partnerships with banks and external channel collaborators.
- Oversee daily sales activities, monitor follow-ups, and evaluate team performance.
- Provide timely customer service while ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
Requirements
- A graduate in any discipline is eligible to apply.
- At least one year of practical experience in Loan Sales, preferably within DSA, Banking, or NBFC environments.
- Proficient communication, leadership capabilities, and coordination skills with banking partners.
- Sound knowledge of various retail loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Personal Loans.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration package ranges between 25000 to 35000 INR.
