Job description
Role Overview
This contract position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE and focuses on supporting contract administration work within a structured environment. The role is suitable for someone with solid exposure to agreement preparation and routine contractual documentation, working under direct guidance.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare contract paperwork with supervision, including EPC contracts, supply and service agreements, framework arrangements, NDAs, and related amendments, using standard ad hoc templates.
- Use a foundational understanding of contract language, terms, conditions, and overall agreement structure to assist with administration tasks.
- Interpret standard forms, special conditions, and appendices so agreements can be assembled and maintained accurately under close oversight.
- Support the preparation of routine contractual letters and gather inputs for formal notices and responses for senior review.
- Draft preliminary versions of contract correspondence and standard notices while keeping records accurate and timelines factual.
