Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Asset & Portfolio Management Director to steer the strategic management and enhancement of our real estate portfolio. This role is critical to boosting asset performance, driving value creation, and promoting sustainable growth of the portfolio in line with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic oversight and optimization of the company's asset portfolio, including subsidiaries and investments, to maximize long-term value creation.
• Continuously monitor the portfolio's financial and operational performance, analyze results, and deliver strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, set performance metrics, and design executive dashboards for effective reporting.
• Identify risks, opportunities for growth, and initiatives to improve portfolio returns and capital efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with leaders of subsidiaries and important stakeholders to ensure strategic coherence, operational excellence, and improved business outcomes.
• Support strategic projects such as portfolio restructuring, new investments, acquisitions, and divestments ensuring compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master's or professional certifications like CFA or MBA are advantageous.
• At least 7 years of pertinent experience in asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, investment management, or strategic leadership roles.
• Experience within real estate, holding companies, investment firms, or large corporate environments is preferred.
