Asset Manager Residential

Your Mission

• Manage diverse residential property portfolios independently as the primary point of contact, assuming full responsibility for property and performance, aligning with ESG-driven investment principles.
• Engage proactively in asset management, executing strategic directives, and crafting and implementing value-driven asset strategies including space planning, repositioning, marketing, and rental strategies.
• Contribute to acquisition planning, conduct feasibility studies, and support transactions such as due diligence and property valuation.
• Oversee business plans, budget development, and control at both property and portfolio scales, actively managing performance and associated risks.
• Supervise maintenance and renovations alongside service providers, covering contract negotiation through to project completion.
• Take primary responsibility for leasing activities, coordinating relationships with brokers and property management teams.

Your Profile

• Completed training or academic studies focused on real estate management or hold an additional specialized qualification.
• Possess several years of professional experience managing residential real estate or WEG (condominium) portfolios.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and decisive judgment capabilities.
• Proficient in German with basic written and spoken English communication skills.
• Competent user of MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate reliability and an independent, self-directed work approach within a collaborative team environment.
