Role Overview

Take a leading role in shaping the future of performance and reward strategies within a dynamic regional setting. As the Performance & Rewards Senior Manager, you will craft and deploy innovative frameworks and incentive programs that engage employees, motivate excellence, and align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and local adaptation of global Performance & Reward strategies throughout multiple clusters in the Asia region.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on complex challenges, offering expert advice and resolving issues related to performance and reward.
  • Develop and uphold competitive reward offerings tailored to local markets while adhering to Pandora’s global standards and goals.
  • Assess and monitor local performance and reward practices, partnering with HR Directors to uncover priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Manage wellbeing initiatives and promote consistent benefits programs to enhance employee value across regions.
  • Drive collaboration and foster a culture embracing high performance, inclusivity, and Pandora’s core values—Dream, Dare, Care, Deliver.
  • Ensure compliance with both global guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
  • Promote continuous innovation and refinement in reward practices to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a global lead on specialized Performance & Reward projects, integrating regional perspectives into program design.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years in a senior rewards capacity, with added experience in performance management considered advantageous.
  • Background in global organizations, preferably in retail or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated regional experience working across various reward and performance management programs.
  • Proven track record in delivering competitive rewards and inspiring performance management strategies.
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills with deep knowledge of regional and global reward mechanisms.
  • Effective communicator capable of conveying vision and setting priorities.
  • Experience in change management aimed at boosting retention and enhancing business performance.
  • Familiarity with HR or Reward partnering functions is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors software is advantageous.
