About the Role
Become part of the film industry with VERY& Media GmbH, a creative advertising film agency based in Erfurt. We craft various formats for clients including inventive commercials, smart social media ads, and corporate videos, all while maintaining a strategic approach. Due to the increasing number of shooting days, we are looking to expand our team with a creative leader who has a keen storytelling sense and a passion for guiding projects from concept to screen.
Key Duties
- Develop innovative film concepts for a diverse range of regional, national, and international clients, covering branded content, image films, and commercials across a variety of sectors.
- Maintain creative oversight during shoots, ensuring the storyboard and client objectives are consistently implemented.
- Conduct interviews with protagonists, asking insightful questions to capture the best responses for editing.
- Direct actors on set to guarantee performances that are authentic and aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with post-production teams to provide editors with the exact footage needed for optimal editing.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in film and media, editorial, or agency settings with proven skills in conceptualizing and creatively executing projects.
- Strong creative vision coupled with assertiveness to champion ideas at the set and during post-production.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and a passion for collaborative creative processes.
- Fluency in German and good command of English.
