• Handle recruitment-related compliance activities, including background checks, verification steps, negotiation support, and audit responses.
• Support hiring needs for specific projects within the defined timelines.
• Track recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics regularly to ensure closure within SLA commitments.
• Prioritize hiring for identified critical positions in the respective area.
• Coordinate with geography stakeholders to ensure requirements are closed on time across their verticals.
• Maintain candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding stage to improve the overall employee experience.

Eligibility and requirements

• Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• A Master of Business Administration degree is required.
