Jio is hiring an Area Talent Acquisition Executive for its Salem, Tamil Nadu location. The role focuses on driving hiring outcomes across an assigned geography while staying within budget, meeting SLA commitments, and maintaining quality standards.
Primary responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment using the right sourcing mix while keeping work within the approved budget, SLA targets, and quality expectations for the assigned area.
- Expand and maintain talent pipelines through alternative channels such as college campuses, government skill development agencies, employment exchanges, and similar sources.
- Handle recruitment-related compliance activities, including background checks, verification steps, negotiation support, and audit responses.
- Support hiring needs for specific projects within the defined timelines.
- Track recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics regularly to ensure closure within SLA commitments.
- Prioritize hiring for identified critical positions in the respective area.
- Coordinate with geography stakeholders to ensure requirements are closed on time across their verticals.
- Maintain candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding stage to improve the overall employee experience.
Eligibility and requirements
- Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- A Master of Business Administration degree is required.
