Role overview
This position leads Tesla’s service operations across a defined geographic area. The focus is on creating a strong customer experience, developing managers and team members, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and making sure the service organization supports both customer and employee needs.

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of all service centers in the assigned area and remain fully accountable for the market.
- Hire, coach, and grow team members and people leaders through hands-on support, guidance, and role modelling.
- Consistently deliver a service experience that goes beyond customer expectations.
- Track customer service patterns and implement improvements that raise the overall experience.
- Approach challenges with a solution-first mindset, identify root causes, and put effective fixes in place.
- Own the performance of all service centers in the area and drive ongoing improvement in team output and customer service.
- Promote safety, efficiency, quality, and operational excellence in every decision and action.
- Build strong expertise in Tesla products, service systems, processes, and procedures, and push locations to meet expectations.
- Work closely with other area leaders, adjacent teams, and headquarters to share resources, improve practices, and support strategic growth.
- Understand the business metrics and lead day-to-day service operations toward the company’s targets.
Requirements
- Strong people leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and enable teams to succeed.
- Background in a fast-moving environment where priorities and conditions can shift rapidly.
- Experience operating at both strategic and hands-on operational levels within a business.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing targets and evolving business needs.
- Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across different business functions.
- Confidence to perform and lead under pressure while staying calm, composed, and communicative.
- Comfort using digital tools, adopting new technologies quickly, and working with MS Office applications.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
- A valid driving licence and a clean/safe driving record, maintained throughout employment.
