Role Overview
This position is for an Area Sales Manager in the health insurance agency channel with Policybazaar, based in Guwahati, India. The role is focused on building sales through agent-led distribution and managing a strong advisor network.
Compensation
The annual fixed pay is budgeted between INR 7,00,000 and INR 11,00,000. The expected salary increase is around 15% to 20%.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow business revenue through the agency channel.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with agents to support steady business inflow.
- Meet monthly sales targets and broader business objectives.
- Run training and motivation sessions for advisors.
- Assist agents in converting opportunities and handling customer questions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited monthly incentives, with potential earnings of up to INR 1,00,000 per month.
- Monthly travel allowance of INR 5,000.
