Job Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned region for the Coirfit and Usha Shriram mattress brands.
- Engage with prospective institutions and successfully convert them into loyal customers.
- Support and guide Zonal Distributors (ZDs), Area Dealers (Ads), and Dealers to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Regularly inform the Head of Department about competitors' market movements and strategies.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in any specialization from fields such as Commerce (B.Com), Arts (B.A.), Science (B.Sc), or Business Management (B.B.A / B.M.S).
