Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

Your role requires working on shifts at a designated operational facility, focusing on maintaining stringent safety standards for your team and overall site. You'll balance routine team management and operational tasks with addressing escalations, championing process improvements, and planning for operational contingencies. Collaborating both internally and with external partners, you'll analyze performance metrics and work with engineers on potential technical enhancements to maintain alignment with customer demand and company targets.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in managing employees and performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications; alternatively, minimum two years of experience as an Amazon full-time employee (blue badge).
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Attributes

• More than one year of experience using performance metrics, applying process improvements, or familiarity with lean management techniques.
• Physical capability to move wheeled dollies carrying loads up to 100 pounds during work shifts.
