Role Overview
This position is focused on growing insurance business through an assigned relationship or channel partner within a defined area or zone. The role is centered on building strong partner engagement so that the partner can effectively guide customers toward investing in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
Key Accountabilities
The Area Manager is expected to provide complete support before and after the sale to both the relationship partner and the customers, working closely with the team assigned to that relationship. Success in this role means not only meeting business targets, but also sustaining steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
