Area Manager (Food & Beverage)

Role Overview

The Area Manager is tasked with enhancing the organization's productivity by overseeing multiple stores, ensuring all operations run efficiently across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits to assess operations, cleanliness, and station efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment and drive sales achievement across outlets.
• Participate actively in recruitment and training of both crew members and managers.
• Manage orders, scheduling, and work allocation among outlets.
• Enforce disciplinary actions and handle employee terminations in line with company policies.
• Establish standards and objectives tailored to each outlet.
• Lead and motivate store managers to collaborate effectively and achieve targets.
• Implement sound financial practices to keep stores profitable and within budgetary limits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Support the rollout of organizational strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate store operations and processes within the assigned area or district.
• Review customer satisfaction levels, order processing, fulfillment, and return procedures.
• Analyze key performance indicators and take corrective actions to boost performance.
• Report progress and operational challenges to higher management.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of managerial experience within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven experience managing more than three outlets.
• Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain performance under pressure.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic, adaptable, highly driven, and sales-focused mindset.
• Effective people management skills with the ability to engage management teams.
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
