  • Combat challenges such as fluctuating gold prices affecting loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, maintaining low non-performing assets (NPAs), and safeguarding assets against fraud and internal collusion.

  • Monitor asset quality metrics such as GNPA/NNPA levels, compliance with LTV norms, fraud incidents, and auction losses.
  • Expand and optimize branch network, including new branch openings, break-even times, and reducing low-performing branches.
  • Enhance frontline sales productivity and cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Ensure strict adherence to RBI/internal audit observations and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead people development including attrition management, role readiness, training coverage, and productivity improvements.
