About the Company
RICHTER Sportstättenkonzepte GmbH is a specialist planning office focused on sports facilities. The company brings 30 years of experience in sports ground construction and currently has a team of 10 architects and engineers who work with strong enthusiasm for sports. Their projects support the development of sports spaces for municipalities and sports clubs across Germany. Due to a steadily increasing volume of work, they are looking to add a new team member as soon as possible.
Role Overview
This position is for an architect who will contribute to the design and planning of modern, sustainable buildings and handle full-object planning responsibilities across all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Create concepts and plans for modern, sustainable buildings.
- Manage object planning work throughout all service phases.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, public authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in architecture (Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master) or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, especially Allplan, as well as tendering / bidding software.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented working style with good organisational skills.
- Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel for service phase 8 assignments.
