Overview
We are looking for a skilled Architect responsible for managing and developing complex projects across all service phases (Leistungsphasen 1-9). Your role involves designing drafts, preparing building application and execution plans, and collaborating closely with specialists, clients, and authorities to ensure top architectural and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the development and processing of challenging projects throughout all architectural service phases.
- Create innovative design concepts, building permit documents, and detailed execution plans.
- Coordinate effectively with specialist planners, clients, and government offices.
- Devise creative solutions and focus on detailed development aspects.
- Guarantee high-quality architectural and technical standards in all assigned projects.
Candidate Profile
- Completed architecture degree (Diploma or Master's level).
- At least five years of experience covering the specified service phases.
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably ArchiCad, along with common office applications.
- Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and aesthetic judgment.
- High responsibility, teamwork capability, and excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven with an organized and methodical approach to work.
- Fluent in both spoken and written German.
