Role overview
The position is based in Bochum and is to be filled as soon as possible. The role combines architectural, construction, and project control responsibilities in close cooperation with the planning team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects together with the planning team while meeting agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare projects and carry out cost calculations.
- Create construction schedules and coordinate them with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle tendering and award processes in line with HOAI service phases.
- Conduct negotiations with subcontractors.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor services.
- Participate in construction meetings.
- Process invoices and settle construction work.
Requirements
- A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience.
- Independent and dependable working style with a strong focus on cost-conscious decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and a committed, open, and authentic manner.
- Good organizational skills and confidence in negotiations.
- German language skills at least at B2 level and fluent business English.
- Experience with Revit is desirable.
- Confident use of the MS Office suite.
