About the Role
We are expanding our Architectural team in Auckland and Christchurch to collaborate on various projects across New Zealand and Australia. We seek a full-time permanent Architectural Technician to join our dedicated, talented team.
Responsibilities and Role Profile
Working closely with your allocated manager, Project Leader, or Associate, you will deliver top-quality design, documentation, and construction results. Your collaboration with the project team includes mentoring and supervising junior staff to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a recognized architectural qualification, demonstrating strong abilities in design, documentation, and construction processes.
- Have at least five years of post-graduate professional experience.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to produce coordinated, superior project documentation.
- Showcase effective project management and coordination skills, handling multiple tasks to achieve efficient delivery.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach focused on surpassing client expectations.
Your Contributions
- Produce compliant, innovative, and high-quality designs and documentation supporting planning, building, and construction functions.
- Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assist project leaders in achieving objectives regarding timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders, uphold quality levels, mentor newer staff, and aid in business growth efforts.
