Job Responsibilities

As an experienced Architectural Graduate or Architect within the growing Queenstown team, you will engage in a broad variety of projects spanning commercial, hospitality, residential, educational, and aged care sectors. Your involvement will include multiple stages from design development to detailed documentation and project delivery. You'll be responsible for contributing to design efforts, coordinating projects, generating precise technical detailing, and preparing high-quality architectural documentation to support successful complex project execution.

Candidate Requirements

  • Holds an architectural degree qualification
  • Has around 5 or more years of post-graduate experience in New Zealand
  • Registered Architect or actively pursuing registration
  • Strong familiarity with the New Zealand Building Code and applicable standards
  • Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Proficient user of REVIT software
  • Experience or knowledge of BIM is desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented with well-developed problem-solving skills
