Iskalo Development Corp. is hiring an Architectural Designer for its Williamsville, NY office. This role offers exposure to a broad range of project types rather than repetitive work on a single building style.
Project exposure
- Ground-up new construction
- Historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects
- Commercial office buildings and mixed-use developments
- Hospitality assignments
- Tenant improvement and renovation work
What you will do
You will collaborate with Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams and support projects from early concept development through construction and occupancy. The position is designed to build experience across the full project lifecycle while contributing to spaces that have a long-term community impact.
Experience sought
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 7 years of architectural design experience, advanced Revit capability, and a strong interest in creating thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
