Role Overview

We are recruiting skilled Architects, Graduate Designers, and Designers to join our North Sydney office. The successful candidates will contribute to delivering a significant Sydney Metro infrastructure project. Positions include experienced Architects and multiple Designers or Architectural Technicians who will engage in technical documentation, Revit modeling, design development, detailed drawing, and project coordination within a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Architect roles require 7 to 10+ years of professional experience
• Designer roles require 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience
• A Master's degree in architecture or a related discipline is mandatory for all roles

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent proficiency in Revit modeling, documentation, and detailing
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects especially in infrastructure, transport, mixed-use developments, healthcare, or public sectors
• Capability to create and coordinate construction and technical details effectively
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-driven and organised, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• A genuine passion for design, with creativity and forward-thinking perspectives
• High technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications
