About the Role
We are seeking two experienced architects to join a leading team responsible for delivering landmark commercial projects across Ireland, including office developments, retail spaces, hospitality venues, and mixed-use schemes. This opportunity allows you to contribute to shaping the nation's commercial architecture landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build commercial projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create detailed, high-quality AutoCAD drawings and comprehensive contract documentation.
- Manage projects from conceptual stages to completion, including hands-on work onsite and office-based efforts.
- Work with a skilled design team to develop innovative commercial spaces that meet client needs and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fully MRIAI registered architect with 5 to 10 years post-graduation experience in commercial projects.
- Proven expertise in project and site management throughout all phases from feasibility to handover.
- Strong technical and design capabilities, including proficiency with AutoCAD software.
- Track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule.
- Additional advantage if experienced in large-scale or complex commercial developments, involved in fit-out or new build projects, and capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Initial contract duration of 1 year, with potential extensions up to 3 to 4 years.
- Flexible work arrangements offering hybrid options, based in Dublin.
- Standard workweek of 37.4 hours, Monday through Friday.
