This opportunity allows you to contribute to shaping the nation's commercial architecture landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Create detailed, high-quality AutoCAD drawings and comprehensive contract documentation.
  • Manage projects from conceptual stages to completion, including hands-on work onsite and office-based efforts.
  • Work with a skilled design team to develop innovative commercial spaces that meet client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully MRIAI registered architect with 5 to 10 years post-graduation experience in commercial projects.
  • Proven expertise in project and site management throughout all phases from feasibility to handover.
  • Strong technical and design capabilities, including proficiency with AutoCAD software.
  • Track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Additional advantage if experienced in large-scale or complex commercial developments, involved in fit-out or new build projects, and capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Employment Details and Benefits

  • Initial contract duration of 1 year, with potential extensions up to 3 to 4 years.
  • Flexible work arrangements offering hybrid options, based in Dublin.
  • Standard workweek of 37.4 hours, Monday through Friday.
