Position Overview
We invite you to join our team as an Architect specializing in Building and Industrial Construction at our Chemnitz or Leipzig offices. Shape the future with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan high-rise and industrial buildings covering performance phases 1 to 5 according to HOAI.
- Create design, approval, and execution plans using CAD software.
- Coordinate with specialist planners, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site analyses along with urban and architectural concept studies.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and sustainability criteria.
- Opportunity to advance skills in BIM and digital planning techniques.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience planning and executing high-rise and industrial constructions in compliance with DIN and Eurocode standards.
- Strong knowledge of object planning phases 1-5 (HOAI).
- Proficient with common CAD programs.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM methodology is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good command of German language, both oral and written.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a methodical approach to work.
