Our unique model blends historic residential buildings with comprehensive renovations to deliver turnkey, energy-efficient homes that are individually tailored, fully financeable, and free of renovation hassles. We bring new living to old buildings under our motto: Buy old, live new.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team immediately, focusing on project phases 5-8. Your role will be pivotal in transforming existing properties into comfortable living spaces, supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation projects from execution planning, through tendering within our general contractor network, to contract award and construction supervision.
  • Develop detailed specifications for apartment and house renovations with organized trade-specific structuring.
  • Solicit, evaluate, and prepare price comparisons and award proposals from subcontractors and partner companies.
  • Review invoices, progress reports, and change orders, prepare approvals, and assist with cost control and budget reconciliation.
  • Lead weekly site meetings, supervise construction sites, monitor schedules, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Document project decisions with clear protocols, maintain proper construction and project records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our standards, templates, and workflows to scale renovation projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.
  • More than five years of professional experience in planning, execution, and management of construction or renovation projects.
  • Proficient in execution planning and site management across various construction projects; solid knowledge of ArchiCAD is essential.
  • Ability to work in a structured, self-driven manner with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with site managers, craftsmen, and clients.
  • Existing network of trades or general contractors is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • A keen interest in renovation and design concepts related to the creation and preservation of living environments.

Employee Benefits

  • Be a pioneer in a young, dynamic team revolutionizing the renovation process.
  • Influence development and optimization of processes to maximize the quality of building refurbishments.
  • Enjoy modern work options including remote work possibility and use of cutting-edge software and hardware.
  • Work in a dynamic, ambitious environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making.
  • Access diverse growth opportunities and the chance to take on more responsibilities within a scaling company.
  • Experience respectful cooperation at all levels, from interns to executives, promoting a culture of equality.
