Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Architect located at our Munich branch to join our construction management team, focusing on object monitoring and site supervision, specifically covering phases LP 6-8.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead object supervision for medium-sized construction projects commissioned by public entities.
• Manage project team personnel and oversee their tasks.
• Ensure quality through systematic tracking and resolution of defects.
• Plan and monitor project timelines effectively.
• Handle billing, evaluate contract amendments, and conduct negotiations.
• Monitor and control project costs and expenditures.
• Coordinate closely with the planning team during project execution.
• Independently prepare tender documents and procurement processes.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in architecture and construction management.
• Proficiency using tendering software, preferably Orca, alongside the standard Microsoft Office suite.
• Organized and self-reliant work approach.
• Dependable, resilient, and accountable in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Enjoys collaborative communication and constructive teamwork.
• Excellent command of written and spoken German.
