Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development activities throughout all RIBA-defined project stages
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to guarantee compliance with standards
- Collaborate effectively with clients, multidisciplinary team members, and contractors
- Develop planning proposals and detailed construction documentation
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and comprehensive working drawings
- Ensure delivery of high-quality drawings and related materials
Required Skills and Experience
- Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
- Extensive post-RIBA Part 3 experience within UK architectural practices
- Proficiency in Revit architectural software
- Proven project management experience in both residential and commercial developments
- Exceptional drawing and design capabilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
