Job description
Position Overview
We are hiring an Architect to join the Kembhavi Architecture Foundation in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role includes positions for both Junior and Senior Architects, each with distinct responsibilities and expectations.
Junior Architect Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in the design and implementation of architectural projects.
- Prepare drawings and documentation essential to project completion.
- Participate in site visits to support construction oversight.
Senior Architect Responsibilities
- Take charge of architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Manage project design teams effectively.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with clients and consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintenance of quality standards throughout projects.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- Advanced skills with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and client relationship management.
Compensation Details
The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 75,000.
