Walk-In Details
- Location: Omega Healthcare Head Office, Wind Tunnel Road, Avalappa Layout, Muniyappa Layout, Murugeshpallya, Bengaluru 560017
- Walk-In Venue Map available for reference
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Position: AR Executive Voice Process (Night Shift)
- Monthly Take-Home Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹18,000
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift)
- Eligible Graduates: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech
- Immediate joiners only
Key Responsibilities
- Contact US insurance payers to address claim denials and other claim issues
- Evaluate payment systems, adjustments, and self-pay updates
- Detect and escalate reoccurring payment problems or trends
- Maintain updated standard operating procedures, issue logs, and trend tracking
- Engage actively in RCM training sessions
- Handle complex patient account concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Forward accounts that require analysis to the specialized analytical team
- Identify payer-level problems and assist with claim reprocessing activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Applicants should be below 29 years of age
- Strong English communication skills are essential
- Postgraduates and candidates with BPharma, MPharma, or DPharma degrees are not eligible
