Job description
Program Overview
Begin your career through a 2-year apprenticeship that combines practical, hands-on learning with support from experienced supervisors. The role is based in Singapore and is designed to build skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and production line support.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and fix breakdowns in production equipment.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to test cell setup.
- Inspect line equipment and restore it to working condition.
- Carry out equipment kit conversions as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance on testers.
- Complete monthly tester calibration activities.
- Share basic troubleshooting know-how with operators.
- Take part in Green Line initiatives and activities.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum NITEC qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent credential.
- At least 2 years of work experience in any industry.
- Comfort with basic MS Office applications.
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including day or night duty.
- No direct experience in this field is necessary, as training will be provided.
