About the Role

The Health Service Executive is seeking to recruit an Appeals Officer, Grade VII, for the National Appeals Service based in County Donegal, Ireland. This is an office-based role with potential for flexible blended working after initial training. A panel may be established from this campaign to fill current and future permanent or specified purpose vacancies, both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process appeals within the National Appeals Service.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines for appeal handling.
  • Communicate with relevant parties regarding appeal status and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all appeal-related activities.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the National Appeals Service.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
