About the Role
The Health Service Executive is seeking to recruit an Appeals Officer, Grade VII, for the National Appeals Service based in County Donegal, Ireland. This is an office-based role with potential for flexible blended working after initial training. A panel may be established from this campaign to fill current and future permanent or specified purpose vacancies, both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process appeals within the National Appeals Service.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines for appeal handling.
- Communicate with relevant parties regarding appeal status and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of all appeal-related activities.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the National Appeals Service.
Requirements
- Must have downloaded, saved, and read the Job Specification, Additional Campaign Information, and Application Form.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in managing documentation and correspondence.
