APAC Business Leader — AI & Cloud Transformation

What the role is responsible for

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants and Account Managers across the region.
• Identify sector-specific opportunities and accelerate adoption of tailored cloud and industry-focused solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise CEOs and CTOs on cloud strategy and business transformation.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expos while building thought leadership and ecosystem partnerships.

What success in this role looks like

• Owning regional go-to-market strategy and building revenue engines with long-term profitability in mind.
• Driving high-level conversations with board, CIO, and CEO stakeholders with credibility and technical depth.
• Negotiating and developing alliances with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners.
• Attracting, hiring, and developing strong talent while designing teams that can scale effectively.
• Leading enterprise transformation programs that use AI-native and cloud-enabled solutions to reshape operations and business models.
• Operating confidently in ambiguous, high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on profitable growth.

Technology and consulting expectations

• Bring strong fluency in AI-native tools, prompting, and model application to real business outcomes.
• Understand applied AI engineering, cloud engineering, data intelligence, workflow modernization, and process improvement.
• Evaluate trade-offs across solution options and recommend the right technology path for each outcome.
• Translate business processes into scalable, future-ready solutions with a product-oriented consulting mindset.
• Help define actionable modernization roadmaps that can deliver significant enterprise value.

Experience profile

• More than 15 years of experience in business technology, outcome-led consulting, and modernization leadership.
• Strong record of owning P&L responsibility and growing multi-million-dollar net-new services business.
• Proven ability to advise enterprise clients at C-suite level and influence strategic technology decisions.
• Deep understanding of the local market, including clients, partners, CSPs, and ISV platforms.
