Android Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to create and support top-tier mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless, reliable, and user-friendly app experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Android applications using up-to-date development methodologies
• Work in conjunction with teams across functions to define and develop new features
• Ensure apps perform well, maintain quality, and remain responsive
• Diagnose, fix bugs, and enhance application stability
• Maintain high standards of code organization, quality, and automation
• Optimize app compatibility across various devices and Android OS versions
• Engage in code reviews and technical team discussions

Requirements

• Over five years of hands-on Android development experience
• Strong command of Kotlin and/or Java programming languages
• Proficient in using Android SDK, Android Studio, and associated development tools
• Solid understanding of mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM or MVP
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into applications
• Competent with Git or other version control tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jetpack libraries like LiveData, ViewModel, and Navigation components
• Experience using modern UI frameworks such as Jetpack Compose
• Skills in performance tuning and memory optimization
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment processes for mobile apps
• Exposure to cross-platform development frameworks like Flutter or React Native
• Experience with AI feature integration, including voice recognition, image processing, or large language models
