Role Responsibilities

The CRM Team manages the Salesforce application, ensuring its secure and efficient operation along with related tools. Responsibilities evolve continuously, reflecting personal growth and changes in Hydro's CRM portfolio.

• Manage assigned Salesforce tickets (requests and issues) from initiation to resolution, engaging with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Handle user management, data maintenance, reporting, and automations related tickets.
• Utilize the ServiceNow platform for ticket management.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions and updates.
• Perform routine tasks such as currency updates, Sandbox refreshes, and data seeding operations.
• Stay informed on the latest Salesforce releases and updates.
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum three years' experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Mandatory Salesforce Administrator certification; Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Accountability for actions and decisions.
• Self-awareness regarding personal strengths and weaknesses and their impact on others.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
